30CRMOV9 is a typical nitride brand and a representative brand of the European standard EN10250-3. After mass nitrogen leakage treatment, the surface hardness can reach 800 hv. Power and corrosivity, suitable for manufacturing precise hydraulic piston round steel, hydraulic piston, heavy load large parts, wind transmission gear, engine gearbox shaft and other important deep nitrogen penetration parts.

Tempered steel 30CrMoV9 is used for automobile and common parts engineering. Due to the use of screws or camshafts. It is directly comparable with nitrided 31CrMoV9 (1.8519); 30CrMoV9 is difficult to weld, therefore, it should not be set in the weldment rotation.
